Description
A refined interpretation of a 1940s naval trouser, tailored specifically for a women’s fit. Reimagined for spring and summer in breathable linen hopsack woven by Magee in Ireland, this version maintains the structure of traditional utility garments while offering a lighter, more relaxed drape suited to warmer months.
Designed with a long rise and straight leg, the trousers feature a front penny pocket, back welt pockets with flaps, and a button fly finished with Italian horn buttons. The interior is constructed with flat felled seams and thoughtful finishing for strength and longevity, preserving a clean, uninterrupted silhouette.
While nearly identical in appearance to the men’s version, this style has been subtly reworked through the saddle and hip to better complement the proportions of a woman’s body. Wear true to size for a high-waisted fit, or size up to sit lower on the hips.
